If you are a professional working with a family you think would benefit from a referral, please see our referral process below.
If you are an individual in need of assistance please get in contact with a professional who can request a referral for you. This can be a midwife, Health Visitor, Doctor, Teacher, CAB, P3.
Red referral bundles are given to those who need immediate support. Items available range from clothes and toiletries to toys, books and equipment. There is an expectation that families will be supported by the referrer and can access the amber referral as a next step to independence. Amber referrals provide a gift card for our onsite shop which allows families to come and choose the items for their children. Items available are clothes, toys, books and equipment. We require no proof of finances and trust as a referrer you will use your discretion to assess the families financial need. There is an expectation that families will be supported by the referrer and signposted to the shop in due course.

A green referral is sign posting the family to our shop, which is open to everyone. They can purchase clothes, books, toys and equipment at affordable prices to suit all budgets. For example; Clothing £1..50 a hanger, coats £3.00 and shoes are £2.50.
